Pork simmered in a red guajillo pepper broth with hominy. Topped with jalapenos, cabbage slaw, lime, and cilantro. Served with a side of chips.

Blanco tequila, house infused rosemary syrup, white cranberry, fresh lime juice, and egg white. Served with a festive garnish.
